The laboratory focuses on working with stories connected to public condemnation, silence, exclusion, revenge, imprisonment, and different forms of punishment and restoration of justice. Together with the participants, the curators explore these materials and look for ways to translate them into artistic forms.

The program is structured as a series of regular meetings—both offline and online—taking place every one or two weeks. Throughout the laboratory, participants collect stories, work with texts, archives, and urban space, discuss artistic and research-based approaches, and develop materials for a collective zine (samizdat), which becomes the final outcome of the program.

The laboratory includes public events, practical sessions, and collaboration with invited researchers and artists.
